Susie was great but your process is enough to make me seek other options. You had my vehicle for almost 4 weeks. You put a new tire on it, changed the oil, and looked at a ses light code and told me code meant nothing.
I think this could have been done in 1 day!!!

Henry to the rescue again. Our family has always trusted the Brown family. Heidi is there for us all the time , every time! She is great at managing my expectations. We were given a new 1500 as a courtesy vehicle. Now I want a new truck, but I can't have one,so other than that, it was a great experience. Thanks Sebern

I always appreciate Mike Mead when he sees that my truck ???? is Service and when I have a mechanical problem he sees that my vehicle is repaired and tells me what the mechanic did.

Blain has always provide good support. However, I think he was faced with an unmanageable task with the high volume of service requests
It took for ever to get my car in. Having a loaner eased the situation but it's not like having your own car. 28days seems excessive and I think Blaine was as frustrated as I was
