Having to leave a vehicle for three weeks to get anything looked at after a check engine light comes on is ridiculous. I probably won’t ever buy a vehicle at your dealership ever again. The worst wait times in the history of vehicle service. You should be embarrassed. I likely will look for service at other dealerships moving forward for my personal vehicles and my business vehicles.

The service staff minimized my description of the problem. No attempt was made to replicate the conditions that brought about the problem. Service techs performed only the absolute minimum required diagnostics and said there was no problem. When I asked the staff to explain some possible causes to the problem, I got no explanation. I asked for any service bulletins that applied to my issue, I was told there were none. I got blown off by the service staff so HB GMC could avoid doing warranty work.
