This service was for a recall. They didn't have to change every seat setting or the radio. I've tried to set up appointments in the past and none of the service writers answer their phones and none of them return your call.the last person that drove my truck must have taken a nap in it because the seat was so far back.

My KARR Security system failed. You do not sell that anymore and left me with the problem. Horrible service. You informed me someone would reach from Karr tossup a repair. No one contacted me. I had to call myself and arrange a repair. If you sell an aftermarket system, install it without me approving it at sale you should back it up. You included it in your sticker price to make extra money. Stand behind what you force people to buy.

I’ve dealt with Scott before, I was knowledgeable, attentive, and take care of my needs. Everything is always addressed and handled by the time I pick my vehicle up. I always ask for Scott when I need service, because I know I’m gonna get taken care of and everything will be correct at the time of pick up.
