Problems; 1- They said that service take 1 hr 30 minutes. It been 2 hours, I’m seeing that my car is sitting there and I been waiting for my keys 30 MINUTES! 2- Service was done, they said your keys are inside the car. It was not! They lost my key and they kept looking for it. After 15-20 minutes, they found it in the service area. Very disappointed! It’s easy to apologize but they took my 1 hr for no freaking reason! I have 3 cars coming to your dealership for service but we will not be returning back! I shared this with everybody and they were disappointed, too. Poor service! It’s really sad!
