Took 4.25 hours to complete service that should have taken between 2 & 2.5 hours to complete. After 3 hours in, I had to ask how much longer and at that point was told they were 2 techs down. I also did not receive a complete cost estimate prior to service being completed. Amounts given to me were no where what it cost me. Too many appointments are scheduled for a Saturday and getting in early doesn't mean you get done early.

How is there no coffee machine? Where I get my service done early in the morning and I want to be able to go to the dealership first thing. Elliot was great, I was simply shocked that there is no coffee machine in an entire Toyota dealership. Can I buy a Keurig and leave it there when I get my oil changes?
