Bo does a great job explaining everything to me and I value his opinion. With a consistent and trusted service advisor I continue to have all my service done at Hartford Toyota in spite of it not being as convenient to get to. It makes a big difference to know things will go as planned when I bring the car in and that I get good advice from Bo. He’s a huge asset to your company.

It took 2.5 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires in my car. I completely understand that we are all under staffed these days but I would have appreciated a heads up when I came for my appointment that they were running behind and it would be a couple hours. I would have had someone come get me so o could get some stuff done. Otherwise I was happy with the service
