Janice Acosta is what I like to call "what is best" in a particular situation and\or place. She is extremely knowledgeable about her job and my vehicle and what is needs when I call her for a service appointment. You are extremely lucky to have her. I can honestly say that if Janice wasn't there I wouldn't be a customer any more.

Terrible service this time. Tried to charge me for another cabin filter that I just changed at my last appointment. Also failed to mention that the cost of oil changes was a lot more expensive now then my last visit. Would be good to mention that when people make appointments.
