My antenna was not replaced after it was removed. I should not have to fix things on my vehicle after i have paid to have my vehicle serviced. There should be a system of checks and balance to make sure a owners’ Vehicle is returned better than than if was before dropping it off. This is the ultimate customer quality service.

Steve texted me to confirm my request to return my car for service to resolve a problem with an oil leak. Upon arriving, my car was taken immediately and the work was done in 20 minutes as promised.
