Estelle is fantastic. She was communicative, efficient, effective, personable, my car was done in 24hrs. I waiting one extra day because she was off the day I was to pick up my car and no one else could step in and take over. Lastly, in my research the prices for the fix were approx $2,000-$2,500. Estelle quoted approx $3,500. Later with taxes, approx $3,900. I was told I received a small price break on labor. It felt like almost $1,000 then expected. Thanks.

Took 2 hours and 30 mins for an oil change, being concerned I asked if there is something wrong with my vehicle, all he said was “no it’s Saturday.” He then proceeded with paperwork, had me sign and done. Very informative.
