Upon arrival it was 15 minutes before anyone talked to me. Several walked by but said nothing. I then waited 2:30 minutes for my first ever oil change and 5 pt inspection. I saw my car in line to be checked out for 20 minutes and yet no one called my name. It wasn’t until I asked someone to get my car as I needed to leave and I was very upset. They then moved the car out and I left. I was not asked to sign anything. Worst experience I have ever had!!!

When I made my oil change appointment the cost was $73.95. I get to the appointment and it went up $5 and the service advisor would not honor the price when I booked the appointment
