I asked for my car to be detailed since you have my car for check up instead i got a car wash whit tires shined not only i feels that i got over charged but I had to get family member to pick my car because the guy that pick Whed up the phone gave my an attitude when asked where is ubber ride when I was told by the girl something different if it wasn't for the fact that i needed my car i would have spoken to a manager but i know it looks like the way you guys treat your customers it doesn't matter i will never do business again with Hartford Toyota nor i will recommend family or friends to buy a car there!!!! Ps i known management doesn't give a **** i sure you plenty of business ????
