I was glad that my vehicle was serviced and they picked up and delivered my vehicle to me. I was kept in the loop about my vehicle during the process.
I made an appointment in the morning and my car was there for 5 hours for an alignment. I had to ask for the status of the car after 4 hours to see if it was finished or not since no one called me. I wasn’t expecting to lose my car for the entire day when an appointment was made in advance of the visit.
Jashaira Torres is in a class by herself. Very professional individual, fast and efficient customer service from this young lady. Toyota should be honoured that this young lady is among the Toyota team. Outstanding!

It was a bit strange he called me speaking to me in Spanish when I never said I was Spanish speaking. Thankfully I understood and was able to respond. Maybe asking next time what language the customer prefers would be best? Other than that, service was quick as always! Thanks.
First an last time i will ever take my car a friends or a family member besides the man not answering his phone calls he was disrespectful rude obnoxious to my wife wich caused me to leave my job an show up at dealer an have them give me my keys back there were alot of service reps sitting around doing nothing but no one could take my call i had an apoinment for to drop at 7am at 130 my car was still sitting i am definitely posting this on google revies
I came in with specific concerns: the truck pulling to the right when driving, the maintenance needed alert came on and the tire pressure due to the constant change in temperatures. I was told by her that the technician was not recommending an alignment. I was shocked. I kept reading the paperwork handed to me and was very uncomfortable with the decision. I asked who worked on the truck. In the past the technicians name would appear on the work order. This new paperwork unfortunately I don’t care for. The previous ones were more detail. I called my brother and explained to him what I was told. He insisted that I needed an alignment and a second opinion. I find it very strange that after acquiring a warrantee that would cover alignments then this first time it didn’t need one. I have no problem paying for repairs but I felt discriminated against and even to the point felt sexism as a female. I have been driving this truck for years. I’ve been coming to the same service personnel’s for years. Toyota. I am very disappointed in the service. I was told that the wait would be long as the technician moved on to another vehicle. I don’t care about the time to get it fixed. I care about my safety. I care about my son in the truck when we drive. I was quite frankly offended at her insinuating that because it would take a while then I would get the problem fixed. After I patiently waited after working 16 hours as an essential worker then I was shown specs that I was right. All 4 wheels needed alignment. All 4 where in the red. I know I don’t know much about under the hood of the truck but I drive it. I take care of it. I trust Toyota to take care of it’s service. After the truck was fixed then she laughed and said I am glad that we did a second opinion. Then she handed me over to another guy because she needs to go drop off another customers car. Poor service. I tell you this. Shame on treating repeated customers like this. No wonder I refuse to buy another vehicle from Toyota. Thank you.
We asked to get the little piece ties up under the car and that was not done. I really hate when they don’t do the job properly
