I was a little nervous coming into the Toyota service department with the CoVid going on. And nervous about using a loaner not knowing how it was sanitized. But I took precautions and wore a mask and had hand sanitizer so it worked out
Work was done well.
I do feel that your dealership service rate is quite expensive.
At my visit, I had an hour of investigative research done, and repair on a tire that was losing air for $157.
A few months back, I had a new tire mounted, balanced and installed for $140 at my local tire shop.
So, I feel like I paid about the same to restore a used tire with 25k miles on it as I did to get a brand new tires with 0 miles
They forgot numerous parts and left grease on my brand new leather seats very unprofessional so no not happy at all my new roof liner stained and had to bring back car twice
It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The service was awe full!!! Will never go there again. My car went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a call back with the air bags, the tire rotation was never done, mind you they picked up my car at about 10:30, called to make sure it was going to be delivered before my shift ended, they guaranteed me that the car will be delivered before 3pm, it was delivered at about 3:30pm, I was sitting outside waiting for the car, in a hospital that has the Corvid 19, all I did was crying!! Shame Shame Shame
