Hartford Toyota is the only service center that I will bring my vehicle to. I completely trust that Bo will make sure my Prius is properly serviced without trying to sell me other services that aren’t necessary. In the past I’ve had problems with other service centers selling me services that weren’t needed. I also appreciate that the waiting area is clean, roomy and inviting while I wait.
I’ve had Hartford Toyota service my vehicles since 2013 and Bo was the primary service representative , they are the best!!!

I had a 12 pm prescheduled appointment today and I showed up and they told me about 1.5 hours. I had a 2:10pm dr visit and I barely made it. They did not even wash my car because I would have been late so I told them not to. I don’t understand why with an appointment why I had to wait so long?? Luckily it was a nice day and I could be outside because the waiting room was filled with people.

I am pleased with the service though I believe that an oil change and tire rotation could be performed a bit quicker that two and a half hours. Kyle was very good at expressing the findings of the inspection as well as recommendations.
I appreciate working with your dealership. Everyone is helpful and polite. Cesar was very helpful yesterday in helping me with a gas door issue and hope he can find me an answer.

Waited 2 hrs. and 15 min. for an oil change. I arrived on 6/24/20 at 10:30 and left at 12:45. I've been coming to the dealership for service for 17 consecutive years. I received a receipt for the service plus a receipt from another customer? I usually receive a comprehensive safety report including an alignment check, but didn't get the report this time. Even though I was am out of town visitor with a non-trivial issue, Kyle took time and initiative to explore all possible avenues to address the issue. He was thorough, informative, and very professional and took time to understand the issue. He is an excellent representative for your service organization.
