She was confrontational and argumental towards me. I was already having a bad day from luz Marie telling me I wasn’t due for an oil change and not due for an alignment. Fine. But then I had Britney telling me I could do the oil change and the alignment. So I was like tug-a-war yesterday. Jeannette **** called me from the sales department to better explained. How it was put plug into the computer and that the computer said it wasn’t due for neither. My question is why I had this Two girls telling me two complete different thing? Why neither of the from the “service department “ explained it to as Jeanette’s did and she’s from sale. My nerves were tru the roof I admit I was my self a lil cranky already from all of this. JasHaira Torres seems like a very nice girl but she need a refresher on how to better speak to a customer. Also luz Marie and Britney were both very nice. But also need a refresher on how to better explained in detail to customer. They have to know what what they are talking about before calling a customer basically they both have to be in the same page sort of speak. It was not very nice I had to leave Toyota with my hands shaking also I had my 4year old song with me. Very unprofessional from her part, JasHaira Torres. I have been a Toyota customer since 2015. And I had never had a problem till yesterday. By the way I love Brandon. He is always very helpful and very professional. Thanks Maria A Zayas ****-****-xxxx

I’m from out of state and needed an oil change and filter. Your team took me first thing in morning and had me on my way in an hour. Great service and experience.
