Friendly staff- thorough explanation of service
Very poor policy regarding repairs. Originally quoted $2000 for a repair only to have a supervisor knock it down to less than $600. This is not a failure of this particular employee but a common problem company wide. If the policy was one of honesty, perhaps dealers would have a better reputation.
No complaint or concern, the service received was very much appreciated.

Kyle always goes above and beyond to make sure myself and my family have satisfactory experiences at Hartford Toyota. Kyle was at lunch when I picked up my vehicle but I have to give a big shout out to Ceasar. I worked with Ceasar in the past and he took great care of me at pick up. It's nice to know that even when Kyle is not available there are other people around that will do an excellent job as well! Thank you both, always a pleasure working with you.

Items from my center console were slung all across my back seat after my service. This was very disappointing.

Had appointment to have parts that I was told were in. Dropped off car only to find parts not available. This is the second time thus has happened and will be the last. I am taking my business to another dealer. Steve had a very smug attitude and offered no solutions. If he showed up at another dealer—-I would not use them either. I am sure to tell multiple people about my service appointment at Hartford Toyota today.
Stephen is always very helpful !!! He vehicle every tine I needed service right away and service it right away. Very grateful for such reliable service I got every tine I had called, even when main service line busy, I call Stephen on direct Line and I am very satisfied with service I have been getting. Thanks a bunch!!!
