Had appt 730 a.m. recall rear suspension on 2006 Tacoma. 830 informed inspection proved replacement.930 informed all parts not inhouse, part coming in from Manchester. 1100ish, completed, I mentioned at beginning just had frame replaced and repair person need transmission fluid checked. Told every visit 12 point fluid check. When handed final paper to sign stated leak around casket transmission, and recommended fix.
Wish it was offered during the 3.5 hr wait. Left there unsure how urgent to have repaired.
I was fully apprised of the service on an ongoing basis which was much appreciated

The customer service was wonderful.
The only problem I have is when I bring my car in for service it takes so long for me in the waiting room to get the car back on the simplest little item as an oil change or rotating the tires. I made an appointment for a specific time. When my husband takes his truck into the businesses to get the oil change he’s pretty much out in 20 minutes That is with an appointment. Just don’t understand why it always takes two hours when I come there each time. It makes me dread wanting to come in as I am so busy.
I needed parts for my car seat and was told it would be over three thousand dollars. I pee’d my pants. Not sure if I will ever go there again

My husband was upset that they told me rotation was due when I told him one tire was bad. He also the service he told me was needed was not necessary because we bought the car there and records should have been there with services that were done
