Lackluster job with my vehicle.
Requested replacement stem caps (2) Did not receive
Grease and grime was left all over door handle and steering wheel
Oil change sticker was removed poorly and new sticker was not added.
Mileage out was marked incorrectly.
Upon arrival the complimentary alignment check was not done
Very dissatisfied
Took too long for a simple oil change, then forgetting what I looked like ????
There was no communication throughout the day. There is no compassion with me being stranded in Connecticut and living in Massachusetts. And I was not updated at all until almost 5 o’clock when I called and found out the car won’t be done most likely until maybe sometime tomorrow. I Purchased my vehicle at your dealership in 2010 and had such a horrible experience with my very first service at your dealership they promised myself I would never go back. I held that promise until today when I had no choice since I broke down in front of your dealership. I have been very happy with the balise dealership in West Springfield and will continue to use them. I will never walk into your dealership again.

Cesar was a pleasure to work with; he answered my questions and explained everything that the technician checked, as well as the results. He recommended I do further service on the vehicle, which I plan to get done next week.
Steve was very polite. Since I only there for a computer update, there was really no interaction with him.
I had appointment for 11:45. Oil change, tire rotation and diagnostic on front end. I was able to leave around 3pm. That is horrible. At no time did anyone tell me that the expected 1 hour appointment would take 3 hours. I have no interest in returning to do the other recommended work.
Ceaser charged me for my first diagnostic on my first and brand new car. Talking to some members in Southeast toyota dealership I should not have been charged for the diagnostic. Furthermore, I did not feel that my customer value was put as a priority
