Great service from Bo and the mechanic. Your staff has made me a loyal service customer since I moved to Connecticut six years ago. One minor suggestion — I often get coupons in the mail right after I have service done, and they expire before the next time I need service.

Today I had really bad experience I bought today whole service plan for 5 service and I paid whole service plan $ 239 after service when they hand over my car that time they didn’t rotate the tires but they mention in invoice they rotate the tires they were lying so service was really bad I don’t want that service plan I need my money back I need credit really bad service
Once again... I was told service would take an hour or an hour and fifteen minutes, and it took two hours. It wasn’t Cesar’s fault, but maybe the schedulers or issues with the intake and scheduling line. It’s very frustrating to not be able to depend on your estimates for time.

Cesar was excellent and have me outstanding service. My complaint deals with my need for new tires. I am retired and cost is important to me. I know you are having a sale on the tires I need beginning October 1. I need tires now but you are not willing to work with me to allow me to get the tires now when I needed them at the sale price. I am now forced to go to Pep Boys to get the tires I need now at a sale price before my trip next week. For all you say about how important is customers are this was a disappointment to me.
