Improve communication. The text feature didn’t work, took longer than expected, and I was told the loaner car was free but at the appointment was told I would have to cover gas. Poor communication made me adjust my and my wife’s entire schedule. Service rep seemed apathetic to my situation.

Steve provided excellent customer service. He was very courteous and listened to my concerns. He informed me of things that will be done to my vehicle.
My satisfaction with Toyota would’ve been complete if it wasn’t for Kyles lack of Foresight. He mentioned the car will be ready by Monday but neglected to mention that he would not be the one reaching out to be on Monday on the status of my vehicle. Kyle does not understand by his own admission truly what is customer service. Kyle obviously did not realize or understand the importance of my vehicle due to the nature of my job. I had to inconvenience my wife and use her car to conduct my nursing visits while waiting for a call from Toyota. The call never came. At the end of my day I reached out to Toyota who informed me they had no idea that my car was waiting for my pick up. So thank you Steve and Mr. Chip for your assistance and understanding.
I appreciate the explanations on what needed to be done to my car and the phone call about the findings during the maintenance. It gave me a chance to decide if I wanted to go forward with fixing those things now or do them at another time. Now I can budget for that.
The problem was not completely resolved. I am not able to listen to GPS instructions from my phone as I was able to do previously. I will be calling today.
Ms. Torres was very nice and professional. She takes time to explain the process. She went above and beyond by opening the car door for me when l was ready to leave.
