I really appreciated that they took the time to try and figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. Then, when they were unable to get the climate control error to happen again, they did not charge me for the time they took looking.

Service manager was unprofessional and did not take care of my vehicle as he should have, I spent 3 and a half hour, which should have taken at least an hour and a half , he left work and did not let me know about my vehicle , I had to go to another service manager who tried to charge me for an invoice I had already paid for, l have a sick wife whom I had to spend all that time away from her. I recommend something to be done, also two free oil change does not satisfy my whole day spent at Toyota where I always come for service. Unsatisfied????

Not happy about the fact that my new Toyota bed cover leaks as bad as it does and I’m supposed to just except that that’s the way it is, and was told not to put stuff in the area were water leaks to avoid from getting wet, I have had trucks for the last 30 years with similar covers and have never had to deal with that, I would like a total refund for this cover so I can get a different one that doesn’t leak, I’m already at a loss of over a $1000 dollars because of a box of battery operated tools got completely filled up with water and trashed them, let me know how to get my money back for this, Chris Barrepski- ****-****-xxxx
