Kyle was a great service person, but an even better human being. He gets an A++ for saving a stunned bird while we were checking in. And I’m also so happy to have non-chattering wipers!!! Made my day!
Kyle was very professional and assisted me with my needs. I do think this is outside of Kyles control, there need to be a system in place for when a service takes his lunch another of his/her peers back them up with closing out completed work. I had to wait an additional hour after my oil change was done because no assisted when Kyle went to lunch. No fault of his own as he should take his lunch break.
For the second and possibly the last time I was very disappointed in my service experience at Hartford Toyota! Slow and seeming almost annoyed to greet me as well as late to deliver the car. I’m not likely to return either of my two vehicles for service again! Will look elsewhere for purchasing too.

My tire pressure light has been going on and off. Kyle offered to keep my vehicle overnight to make sure the problem was not present in the morning.

12:00 Kyle came with 'issues', one being 189. Brake flush. I told him my husband did this in July. He said he would have them double check that & I was there til 1:38 to be told it hadn't been listed as done 'there' so it was brought to my attention. Not sure why it took an hour 38 minutes to tell me that...
Cesar was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained that the repair on my vehicle would take between 2-2.5 hours and your staff completed the job in less than 2..a great testament to all..thank you and as always keep up the great work!!!
