I will be calling Kyle on Monday. By the time I got home there was a light lit on the dashboard. It was that exclamation point which I think means tire pressure is off on a tire. I had the tires aligned, so I think there is cause and effect here.
My service rep was rude, when it was time for me to leave. He said I was 'good to go' so when I got in the car to leave, he accused me of trying to leave without paying. I have a maintenance package that would cover the maintenance for today. He loudly said I did not have one, so we went the his desk. What do you know, I did have one! This is twice now in a row for the same thing. Last time it was my daughter who was harassed. Service in general has fallen a long way since I bought the car, new, from this very dealer.
It was fast and everyone was so friendly
After vehicle was supposedly fixed. A fastener came loose and I was stuck on the highway had to be towed back to Toyota again.Mr. Elliot was nice enough to give me a loaner for the day but I did lose a days pay. I do not feel I was compensated especially after spending $1400 in service.
Appreciated the flexibility to get my Toyota Tacoma repaired on short notice after a mechanical issue when traveling in the area.
Janice was very professional and answered all my questions. My service was completed in a timely manner just as Janice had said when I arrived at 1:00.
My vehicle (2019 RAV4 Hybrid) needs to be repaired for the problem that the gauge indicating that the fuel tank is full on the dashboard does not go the the F after fill up. Janice researched the problem and made arrangements with me to have it corrected.

My first time being there, everything went smoothly. The Service dept did a great job keeping me updated and had my Rav4 ready for me before the expected time.

In the store I lost one of the Wheels Covers...no one take care about it.
