I was very dissatisfied with the service I have received. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30 pm on 9/8/20, for an oil change and alignment.. I didn’t receive any notice on the status of my vehicle. After waiting 4 hours, I was transferred multiple times upon calling to request the status of my vehicle to no avail. I came back to the dealership at 6:30pm to see my vehicle in the same exact spot I parked it in, unserviced. No one had an answer as to why my vehicle was not serviced. The young man who checked my vehicle in told me he knew I had called and meant to call me back but it slipped his mind. I was then told to come first thing in the morning, and my vehicle would be one of the first serviced, so I came back to the dealership in good faith only to be failed in proper service once more. After dropping my vehicle off at 7:50am on 9/9/2020, I wasn’t notified until 12:30pm that my vehicle’s service had been completed.I had called once again, after waiting 4 hours to check the status, only to be put in an endless transfer call cycle. I pull up to the dealership to see my truck all muddy from the service technician driving it through the muddy parking lot. So to total everything, I went 11 hours with no vehicle, having to find a way to get around and it was given back to me absolutely filthy, so now I have to fork up more money to get it washed . Lets not forget the extra gas money having to travel back to the dealership for an incomplete task. Theres no excuse for this low level of service.There’s a high probability that I’ll never be back.

Braxton was great always has been but I waited almost 2 hours for a oil change I had a 8am appointment and did not keave til 10am but I love Braxton he is awesome so they need to work on the time of making people so long

Completely over and beyond satisfied....great service and very informed about every step...thank you all sooo much....also to Craig, he was on spot with telling me what I needed to do before I got there and then carrying me right to the place I needed to be!

Made an appointment and waited 2 hours for a 5 minute job. I was having the STPM system light reset. Not the best impression for a brand new Chevrolet Silverado RST owner.

When I initially signed in I was told that the facility was a Chevrolet dealership & that it wasn’t known what was specifically needed to perform the services on my car. However my husband had called beforehand to ensure the service could be performed, he was also informed we’d be able to use our military discount. However that was inaccurate & I’m very aware that I brought my car to a Chevy dealership however my husband called beforehand & was told my services could be performed so I didn’t need reminding of the type of dealership I was at. Once I got to my car my back window was left down & would no longer would go up automatically. Thus me having to reset the windows. No one said absolutely anything about that, not to mention why did my windows need to be rolled down for an oil change. I was very disappointed. My husband spoke highly of the dealership as he has a 2018 Corvette & raved about the quality of work however I was left very disappointed. Will not return.

My car was dropped off at my house instead of where I work. I washed my car the night before I had it serviced and with all the construction it needs to be washed again
