Your equipment should be fully operational when someone comes in, especially when they have an appointment. The transmission flush machine should have been locked out if it was not working properly, rather than being used. It was unnecessary for an appointment to take over 4 hours, when told it would only be about 2. I am highly dissatisfied with the experience today.

Representative was amazing. I paid for a premium car detail that included hand waxing the vehicle. When we looked over the vehicle we both noticed that the premium car detail that I paid for was not accomplished. The rep spoke to manager and got my money back, plus a free detail. But to be honest I have lost faith that they are capable of delivering what they advertise when it comes to detailing vehicles.
Still concerned that the problem is not resolved as it did not hesitate while in your care.

First of all on my first trip there I told them that my engine light was on they told me I needed a thermostat and reservoir was crack plus oil changed I got cost me $649.99 the second trip they told me air was in the line that may have caused the engine light to come on and off then I needed a re wheel bearin put on another 399$ I just like I'm the engine light is on again and the service manager was nice to look at it with no cost this time said I might need not know I need but might need a catylite converter put on and the cost would be 1500$ I was like what in the world ,I really don't think I needed that at all because I took a car to them before and they said I needed a whole new motor& transmission and I didn't I just needed my transmission strainer flushed I didn't let them go any further and this time is no different God be with them I thank y'all for what you did do but I ain't got that kind of money for y'all to keep telling me wrong just to get money or try to sale me a new car That's what Belle offer a appraisal to see what they can do I'm a hard working woman Poor at that and God don't lime ugly so I am going to trust him not man I was very ???? never again
