I don’t need to be contacted. When I originally called about my vehicle that has been worked on at this dealership multiple times, they did not have my extended warranty information. I gave it to them and they gave me information about a tow for my truck. I left that Saturday without anything to drive, they had no loaner cars, they contacted an outside company and I was told they had no vehicles. I had no vehicle to drive. After my text message asking my approval for “additional services” I called to speak with an associate. She explained that these were the services needed to fix my car, not “additional” as the text link had stated. I told her to have them do these repairs, my warranty would cover them. When I arrived to get my car, my warranty had not been used. I had to wait for a approval from the company before I could leave. I personally had someone who could come and pick me up but that’s not always the case. I also feel that it should be standard procedure to check all warranties for clients especially if it has already been discussed. Thank you

Belle Scritchfield was awesome!! I hope all of our future service needs will go through her! She made sure everything was well taken care of even took great care of my wife that’s in a wheelchair and had to take the truck to y’all cause I was out of town with work!! Thank you
