I came to have my transmission issues diagnosed and have the codes checked and Logan said relevant codes were not to be looked at because they were not the issue and after asking if the code could cause the problem and he said possibly I again asked why not look into the code then and Logan basically explained he was not going to so I am unsatisfied with my service of diagnosis

Vehicle was there for over a week to fix a wire and do an alignment and the alignment was not correct when picked up. Did not trust that we could get it fixed so got another shop to correct the toe
Joshua was great he always responded in a timely manner. The woman who scheduled me could have been more honest on the time expected. When I called on the 10th to ask the earliest time she said the 14th I told her I'd like to check around and suddenly she had the 11th available my car wasn't looked at until the 19th I understand a wait but I specifically mentioned I was wanting it looked at sooner than the 14th
Logan was great with communicating with us during this process and was helpful with the transition into a rental vehicle we had to use while our vehicle was in the shop. Thanks a lot Logan. Great work!
