Had the truck for 10 days, never provided an update, status, what was needed, until we physically went up there to get a status. Truck was not fixed after having it for 10 days. Johnny told us he would call when the parts came in. It’s been a month, we have left several messages, have gotten zero return calls and the truck is still not fixed. Absolutely ridiculous! Worst service department we have ever dealt with.

Not impressed with service. Had my vehicle for a week, didn't pay for rental on $7000 repair, and I had to point out discrepancies in what was quoted and the final payment which was nearly a $500 difference.
