Owner's manual states 5w20 oil and 6 Qts to be used. My receipt shows 0w20 and 5 Qts were used for my oil change. I'll have to go to another shop to get this corrected. I want the right oil and correct oil per OEM recommended use for this truck. Thank you for your time.

The mechanic googled to find a problem said it was the speaker - supposedly they replaced/added the part for the supposed speaker - I told Johnny the speaker was not the issue as the scratching noise comes from the starting column but I played yalls game and the supposed speaker part (Johnny never showed me an actual part) did NOT resolve the issue. Johnny had always had the jeep washed n topped off even for an oil change said it was an agreement with dodge n jeep but no bath n he said it’s only for rapid response (rolling my eyes) Johnny always asks me to complete a survey before I leave and I always give excellent reviews but this day he couldn’t wait to rush me out with our rating him- he had yet to call n see if the supposed speaker issue resolved my prblm but some lady did n said she was going to email Johnny and the service mgr Mike and she’d/they’d be bk in touch (now I’m laughing out loud) no follow through So No to your question and I’m sure this was just a waste of my time - as my grandson says “zero chances” for an excellent review on all of you I will be taking it back in as long as it makes this noise / it’s a rattle taker somethings wrong
