Star Dodge is simply the best service department in Texas!
First service with Star Service center and Logan was great. He and the team quickly diagnosed my Ram, but instead of talking dollars and other services or issues. He tried to save me money by engaging on warranty information about my Ram. In the end we worked things out but totally stoked for this service and will be back. Thank you!!
I just want you to know Logan is a great worker. I just came in and mentioned I had a recall on my hero and that my sticker for my mileage had smeared, however; I think it was up for an oil change. He immediately responded, with “No worries, while we have it here we can double check for you and if you need one we will get that taken care of for you today.” Later, when I came to pick up my vehicle, he also mentioned that the tires needed to be rotated, so they did go ahead and take care of that.
I just want you to know I appreciate the time you put into finding this information out for me and for going above and beyond for me as a customer. It takes a genuine person to to make sure me as a vehicle owner has a good visit and can travel safely.

Timing for repair was great. Price was a little too high. Charging 3 hours labor for a 1 hour job is too high.

I paid 3500 dollars for insurance which I thought was told it was b to b apparently doesn't cover a broken sunvisor that was broken up on delivery hadn't had vehicle three weeks so the warranty is useless for interior components
