The team at Esserman went way over and above for me. Because of the COVID shutdown I was not able to return from my home in Dallas to Coral Gables. My car sat at my office garage for months and would not start. Road side assistance could not get it started. Esserman dispatched two mechanics to start the vehicle and bring it to the dealership for servicing (I was in Dallas Texas). It is now ready for me to pick up when I fly in and drive it to my new home in Texas. I am so appreciative of their focus on customer service...and my needs!!!!!
