Roberto is always great, makes car service pleasant and painless.

1) Even with an appointment, it took 2 hours to diagnosis a broken part on the center console cover. I personally removed the cover that exhibit the broken part one day before my appontment and it took me exactly 3 minutes (I have pictures to proove if you want)So, even considering the internal checkin processing of each car and the short of personel due to the pandemic there were no reason at all to keep a customer 2 hours waiting. Also when the car was delivery to me, there were black stains on the console cover and the plastic door lintel. And also the seat in a diferent position. I understand that they need to drive the car, but I don't think that to drive the car inside the shop you may remain the seat as the owner position. Those problems happens each and all time that I visit your service department. I think that you have no idea what customer service is. Thanks Fernando R
