Waited several minutes past our scheduled appointment. I totally understand that he may be running late with another client. But the fact that he passed by us like 3-4 times, and then had a testy attitude when we told him we were his appointment. ALL HE HAD TO DO, is to walk up to us when we arrive and kindly say “Excuse me, bear with me 5-10 minutes as I finish another client.” If he did that, the wouldn’t understand that he was finishing up? All this review is due to some he has not been trained with customer service.
