Again, I thought that Jorge was a very courteous and professional Service Advisor throughout my most recent visit to Esserman VW. I was disappointed that the visit took over 2.5 hours to replace a wiper arm. I can imagine that there are a lot of appointments happening right now, but it would have been great if I had been told that the visit would take that long. The first notification I received was via text 2 hours in. Thanks in advance for your time reading through my comments.
