Overall my visit was excellent, with two minor exceptions. One, the wait time was a little bit longer than I expected but that is acceptable especially since I didn't have an appointment. The management was gracious enough to accommodate me. Secondly, the price that I paid was much higher than I thought it would be. Again, it was my first time doing something to my car. Overall, I was satisfied, despite these two exceptions.

Mr. Correa showed a great deal of professionalism, by taking time to explain the whole process, including at the time I received the vehicle, from service. Also, he took time to call me and advise me what was happening with my car. I will highly refer anyone to your service department.

I should also add that although I was not completely satisfied with my service, Julian was polite & everything was in order when I arrived to pick up my vehicle.
