Service was fine. Their estimate of when it would be done was off by six hours. The plan for my day was ruined.

Service was completed in very timely manner. Robert was professional and helpful. Esserman VW has good service and that is one of the reasons I leased another VW.
Overall my visit was excellent, with two minor exceptions. One, the wait time was a little bit longer than I expected but that is acceptable especially since I didn't have an appointment. The management was gracious enough to accommodate me. Secondly, the price that I paid was much higher than I thought it would be. Again, it was my first time doing something to my car. Overall, I was satisfied, despite these two exceptions.
Car was not repaired as I asked, the diagnosis was not correct. Car still has issues

Mr. Correa showed a great deal of professionalism, by taking time to explain the whole process, including at the time I received the vehicle, from service. Also, he took time to call me and advise me what was happening with my car. I will highly refer anyone to your service department.
I should also add that although I was not completely satisfied with my service, Julian was polite & everything was in order when I arrived to pick up my vehicle.
