The first time I took the vehicle I was told that the car was fixed when I picked it up the car had not gotten fixed they needed to order the part but I was not told that. I was told that I would get a call when the part arrived, I waited four days and no one called. When I called all I got was oh yeah we have the part. When I picked up the car this time the car was not cleaned inside they left a ball of tape and the drivers seat was dirty.

Rene was incredibly helpful. I had never seen the car scanned with the iPad before - that’s so much better than the paper notations of areas of damage. He called me when the service was complete and when I did not answer he left me a voice message and then sent me a text message. He was very clear about what the service would entail, gave me an accurate time estimation for the completion of the work and was a genuinely kind person. I can’t say enough nice things about Rene.
