As always… I had an awesome experience. I must say, I usually see these surveys and just delete them. I have no time or patience for them. I know… that’s bad on my part. However, today is different. I can not allow the customer service level I received before yesterday on the phone with Jorge (my service advisor), yesterday on the phone and in person with him as well, and then today on the phone and in person, as well, when I went in to pick up my car and return the loaner. I have never experienced such great customer service at any service department of any dealer (and I’ve owned BMW’s and Genesis vechicles). It goes without saying that he MUST be properly acknowledged for this level of customer service. He minimized my waiting time in every interaction he could. He asked me to give him a 10-15 minute call ahead si he could bring my car down and do my paperwork to have it ready before my arrival this morning. That is exactly what happened. I must also mention that Sebastian also interacted with me this morning on the phone when I called in and also when I arrived. He should properly be commended as well. If Esserman International Acura was banking on staffing employees that represent the values that they advertise they have… well, GOOD JOB!!! That’s definitely the way to keep customers happy. The cashier was also very professional, polite, and even pleasantly engaging. I want to take this opportunity to once again thank my salesperson Vidal Nunez. If it wasn’t for his amazing talent in customer service, personality, charisma, knowledge, and effort, we would not be having this email communication right now. He is the glue between Acura and I.
