I will never go to South Motors again! From the minute I arrived at Esserman, a gentleman was able to assist me right away. He called Robert over and I bet him for the first time he was courteous and professional he said my car would be ready at a certain time and it was. I asked him to please do whatever was necessary to my car and he gave me a quote. There was a complete transparency and customer service for the beginning all the way to the end. I I will definitely be back.
Well that day did not go as planned I made an appointment to take the car in at 8:15 AM the promised timeframe was 3 to 4 hours. That did not happen after calling at 2 PM they told me that the car was not even active for the service... I was like??? I understand that sometimes you cant predict service to a vehicle but at least call me and let me know what the situation is. No call no nothing from Julio. I was the one that had to call upset to get some answers. I spoke to several members and nobody could get Julio on the phone. finally the cashier advised me that Julio left her a note that the car will be ready by 4:30 PM. I picked up the car around 4:35 PM . Unacceptable.....
