I came to Esserman after being fed up with feeling awful every time I left South Motors VW. Today, I realized I guess it’s a dealership issue. At a time like this when people are struggling financially, it was all to easy to say no problem you can’t afford to fix you car, thanks it will just be $90 for the diagnosis. Basically, I paid almost $200 for an oil change and still need to get it repaired elsewhere. I have an Acura and absolutely love and always is eMiami Acura because they go out of their way to help you save money. It’s just sad that all dealerships don’t try to earn loyalty.
