Rene was very helpful with the servicing of our MDX. He listened and took notes, reviewing our concerns and providing feedback with timelines for completion of the job at hand. He went out of his way to accommodate me with a loaner while the vehicle was in service. I value someone that is concerned with the individual besides just being a customer. Rene is an asset to the service department. I also value Richard Crespo, the technition who works on the vehicle every time I bring it in for serving. He is invaluable and a professional. He is the best!
