Rene is nice ok. Very good person. This time one of the worst experience with Acura dealer. Yesterday I arrived 602 pm because I though was open till 7 pm and 2 people working there sent me home and they didn’t take care of me and Didn’t returned my car Today I finished my work at 5 pm and one customer came at 515 pm and I took care of him because need my services. May be different. Where is Triana Almeida. She is the best with customers. Call me. Very disappointed this time. Thanks

It is unbelievable! Someone from your staff stoled from my car the desinfectan cleaning wipes, more than half of the gloves from its box and the cleaning wipes for the car dash, and who knows what else that I haven’t detected yet. It’s not a high value dollars in merchandise but I lost my trust in your people. Have they really done an honest work in my car? I wonder based on the type of work you guys performed in my car if it is safe for driving with my family inside? Can I continue to trust you? This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had in a car dealer. Jorge M
