I'd like to mention Rene's excellent service. He was very helpful from start to finish and gave a kind and professional customer service. On the other hand, a cashier named Javier was very rude and unprofessional and made my final experience very sour and disappointing.

My only comment is about the waiting time, even with an appointment and arriving 25 minutes earlier, the service (regular service) took 2 hours.
