When I pulled up, it was difficult to navigate what I was supposed to do next. There were a few workers in the office on their phones, another person helping a customer and no one approached me. I went in to the cashier to ask what I should do and discussed an Uber to go to the mall. She had no idea what I was talking about so I went back outside and found a helpful gentleman who let Julian know I was there for my appointment. Julian was great as we went over service needs, I also explained a few issues that needed to be addressed. (Last time I was there, these issues were ignored). I dropped my car off at 10am. Upon arrival at 1pm, there was still no one to help me. I wandered around again until another friendly gentleman said he would let Julian know I was there. Minutes later, Julian approached me with the paperwork and went over services completed on my car. Beforehand, I told Julian that the back seat and trunk had items in it and it was only necessary to clean the passenger and driver’s front of the interior. Upon my drive home, I realized that they only vacuumed the floor and did not wipe down dashboard, cup holders, side panels...nothing, dust everywhere. Additionally, they did not wipe off a marking on my windshield when I had a coronavirus test. It’s annoying because last time I was there I asked for a rear windshield wiper replacement and that didn’t happen. A few weeks later my windshield liquid spray light was going off, so that was never replenished. I spent $350 today and again walk away with a bad taste in my mouth.

Damages were made to my car during the service. One problem was not addressed adequately. I already discussed this with that the service representative and will be bringing the car back in after my trip.
