Tuve una excelente atención por el Sr. Roberto Correa. No obstante estoy muy descontenta por haber tenido problema con 4 sensores en un período de 6 meses, siendo un carro nuevo con sólo 14 mil milla, de lo cual el Sr. Roberto no tiene ninguna responsabilidad.
After having my vehicle in the service Dept for over two weeks on the same day I picked up my vehicle the same oil indicator light came on I was told it was on do to low oil so they added oil . So I had to again take the vehicle into the service dept . On a Saturday , I value my time and my peace of mind . I was told on that Saturday that a 20,000 mile service was performed even though the vehicle only has 13,100 miles . One more point I would like to make is that the miles in and miles out on invoice reflect only 1 mile the vehicle was driven the two weeks it was there . I find that hard to believe being that one of my issues was vibration when braking at 50 mph . Your team has to be more accurate . Details are very important if you miss that what else did you miss IE the light coming back on . Also the lack of being updated very poor the vehicle was in for a week and no update no call what’s so ever .
