I forgot my printed invoice there and asked for an emailed copy but never received it. The check-in process is chaotic, there were cars honking at me while I tried to explain to the attendant what needed to be done. The service provided was missing the brake fluid change. I made the appointment online asking for the 30k mile service and it showed that it includes the brake fluid. During check-in I again asked for the 30k mile service and specifically asked to skip the fuel additive. The opposite was done and I contested the extra charge. I will not be going back to this dealership.

From so many times I’ve been to this dealership, I always get treated with poor service in this location. Upon arrival two team members looked at me, ignored my presence and continued talking to each other. It wasn’t until the one person actually working approached me and asked if I had an appointment. I said yes and had to wait a couple more minutes for my representative to help me out. Once he got his tablet to note down my information, I told him that my car was heating up and said that he had to charge me for the diagnostic. In the past when ever I had an issue with my car it was always looked at with no charge. I stated that to the representative and he just referred me to a different representative. I ended up just getting my oil change and was still charged more for the service (even using a coupon) The Lyft ride was complimentary before and they charge you without any notice. It’s sad that I’ve never gotten a decent experience and it’s the only dealership nearby to service my type of car. The dealer takes advantage of that privilege and over charge for the services even during a pandemic.
