The appt. was for 9:30 and the car was not picked up until 10:20. I called at 9:45 and was told the pickup service was no longer available. I tried to contact the service advisor and manager, but no one picked up. The car was finally delivered at apprx. 4:30p. It took seven hours for a standard service. This is unacceptable. I have purchased three Passats at your dealership and will not purchase another vehicle from Esserman Volkswagen. The service is terrible and the service employees don’t good interpersonal skills. To top it all off, the car was returned with the plastic still on the seat and floor boards.
