It was the most amateur mistake a dealer made in my lifespan. I’m not kidding, I’m so sorry but i am really concerned for my life next time I take you back this car for service. I’m not Joking. Here is your breakdown in case this email is read by your ownership group. You guys really need to get your game together and focus on SAFETY of your guests. I made an appointment at 9am for VW suggested 50K mile service. I called at 10, service lady said no its totally fine you may come later so i went at 4:15pm. Service Manager says nah sorry its too late my mechanics are done at 5. Ok np. He gave me “Express o/c and tire rotation“ Less price for me better. I went back at 6:45pm picked up the car very clean, spotless etc. All great. I paid my bill. Took off! I reached CarMax on 12th Avenue, guess what??? Oil Pan Protection Cover fell off!!! The express ervice mechanic didn't screw it back in place? Are you serious? Dod you even tighten the bolts and screws on my tires? I’m curious now as i’m taking it to PepBoys tomorrow in Miami Beach. I paid $900 almost 10 months ago for this cover bc on I95 an object hit the bottom of my car in 2019 May and Your service advisor Greg i’ll never forget he asked for $1300 to replace it that the car is still under warranty and this time the technician forgot or ignored the screws? The rubber part scraped the asphalt the whole time i made it back to the dealer. Of course it melted. I went back in at 6:57pm, the first window had a service advisor inside. He was apologetic, profess and very respectful. He found a mechanic There. he made them lift the car And screw all back in place. His apology taken and I left. I was embarrassed to ask him to check all tires also. So i’m going to another store tomorrow to ensure that i’m safe to go above certain speeds on crazy highways in Miami with this work that some technician rished to get out of work!!!!! I will not be going back to this dealer ever again. There is Deel, Gunther and many more. You guys do worry me. Trust me you do!
