I waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change even though I had made an appointment. I could understand the delay, but no one informed when the car was ready or directed me to the cashier. I had to ask the maintenance guy who was working outside to help me out. He was a very nice man who went out of his way to help me. I hate submitting complains specially now that everyone is coming back to work but I think that they have to pay more attention to the customers.
I asked for some inspections, they were not done. Wiper blade was bad, they were not replaced. Long waits for appointments and pick ups.
They took less Time from what they previously told me..... GREAT JOB!!!

Even though I had an appointment with Sebastian, when I arrived Leo welcomed me and he was very attentive. He told me that I would have to wait for 1 hr and 15 minutes and delivered on his promise. This was the first time Intook the car to this dealership and was happy with the process.
