I am very disappointed with the service that I have, I have an issue with one of my car tires and I have to pay from my pocket for a new tire; first because since the buy of my car they don’t offer me the tires protection plan and secondly because when I pay for the new tire they put a tire on my car that looks like if it was and old tire and they tried to fix the situation to their convenient, when I asked for another new one. This is my second car with you and I don’t think I am going to get another one

They did not tighten my lug nuts. If drove home 30 miles on the parkway with a 1 year old baby in the car with 4 wheels not fastened. There were 10 lug nuts I could unscrew by hand. The car was making a helicopter noise the entire way home. The service manager I spoke to was very kind and gave me a refund. Very disappointed they put my 1 year old daughters life in danger.

Did not do windows for eco wash. Missed part of car itself. Had to bring it back. The woman who assisted me was very nice. However, the male who I spoke to last was rude.

It was an emergency visit. I told Katie the problem and she told me to come immediately. I got there about 745a and was out by 930a You’re whole service department is fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about all of them. Thank you!

When I left the lot the dashboard warning light for low tire pressure came on. All four tires were low and the service receipt stated that the tire pressure for all four tires were checked.
