Appreciate all the time and effort spent to accommodate me after I had engine trouble . The rental , the drop off and the extreme professional during the whole process . Your your employee Emily has outstanding people skills she is an asset to your company and to her department because of her taking extra time I've made another service appointment for additional work to be done next tuesday. This is optional work this is not required work for the vehicle. Because of her and are taking the time with me I'm having additional services done with your company and your service department thank you very much for hiring such an outstanding employee

I was satisfied with Katie, Jeff and the other two young ladies that assisted us. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was the phone/computer system that is in place currently. It states that text is best, although no one was able to get back to me. Every time I called the dealership, the phone always went to voicemail. That is very frustrating. Please fix the communication problem. Customers need feedback in a more timely fashion. Although, everyone that we spoke to was professional while speaking with us. Thank you!
